Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with any product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in original, sealed packaging
• Not opened or tampered with
• All original packaging and documentation included
• No signs of use or damage
• Return initiated within 7 days of delivery

3. How to Return

Step 1: Contact us at contact.oakorganics@gmail.com with your Order ID

Step 2: We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions

Step 3: Pack the item securely and use the provided label to ship it back

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

4. Refund Timeline

• Return processing: 2-3 business days after we receive your item
• Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days
• COD refunds: 5-7 business days

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or partially used products (for safety/hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
• Products with tampered packaging
• Items damaged in return shipping due to improper packing

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately at no cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange products for a different quantity or variant. Exchanges are processed faster than returns and are free within our service area.

8. Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: We cover the cost for returns due to our error or defects
• Customer-Initiated Returns: Shipping cost is borne by the customer
