Oak Organics delivers across Pakistan to major cities and towns. We aim to serve customers in all accessible locations. During checkout, you'll be able to check if your address is within our delivery area.
Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. However, this may vary based on your location and current order volume.
Note: Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
If no one is at home during delivery, the delivery partner will make a second attempt the next day. If you're not available for the second attempt, the package will be held at the nearest delivery center for 3 days. Please collect it from there or contact us to reschedule.

We offer contactless delivery options for your safety. You can choose this option during checkout if preferred.
If you have special delivery instructions (gate code, building buzzer, nearest landmark, preferred time, etc.), you can add them during checkout or contact us after placing your order.

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time. We're working to expand our services globally.
